Weddings in Bosham

Holy Trinity Church is not only a beautiful building, in a wonderful village, but a holy place in which to exchange wedding vows with family and friends. In doing so, you receive the blessing of God..

Weddings at Holy Trinity Church

In order to marry at Holy Trinity Church, you must meet the qualifying connections listed in the section below on Qualifying Connections. There is also comprehensive information on getting married in church on the Church of England weddings website that can be found here.

This is your service and the Vicar is here to help you celebrate this sacrament in the best way possible – by working with you to plan the shape, form and content of the service; understanding the spiritual and symbolic significance of the words you say and the actions you perform, and of the commitment you are making.

Wedding Preparation

The vicar (or person officiating at your wedding) will meet with you for your wedding preparation. Please contact us to book your wedding preparation with the vicar.

Alongside this we encourage couples to participate in the marriage course either before or soon after the wedding. Those couples who have done so have found it worthwhile.

Wedding Music

Please contact the Director of Music regarding the music for your wedding: Ben Lathbury on 07919 098869 or email

Ben is an accomplished pianist, conductor and teacher and his website can be found here.
